The M0 SIAP is an optional 4-week summer opportunity in the summer before your M1 year (pre-matriculation). Participants receive a $500 grant.
This program is meant to be an opportunity to explore and lay the foundation for your Capstone for Impact (CFI) project, and jump-start your professional development. You do not have to be in Ann Arbor to participate in this opportunity.

Group projects are allowed and encouraged and each group member will receive $1000.

Capstone for Impact (CFI) Grant
The CFI Grant is a $2,000 merit-based, rolling grant opportunity available to UMMS students in any phase of the curriculum. Projects not specifically earmarked to be the student’s CFI will also be considered and will follow the same application and assessment process.
Group projects are allowed and encouraged. Each participant in the group will receive the $2,000 grant.
